Marine Forensics and Fraud Investigation

Quite often insurance companies will deny a claim of damage to a vessel and

refuse to make payments to restore a vessel to its "before accident" condition.

In many situations insurance claims will be denied for good reason, but in other

situations after an accident, fire, or other vessel mishap, it is a mystery

to the insured why the claim is denied.

The insurance company may say that proper maintenance, which is the

responsibility of the vessel owner, was not done, or not done properly, or

that some other due diligence was not a consideration by the vessel owner

In any case, if you are the victim of an insurance companies attempt to

avoid paying your claim, please give us the opportunity to review your

situation. There is no fee for the initial consultation, and we can

usually let you know at that time if we can help you.
