Claims Management

We have years of experience in helping insured's get fair treatment and

appropriate settlements from their insurance company.

It is not uncommon for a boater to submit a claim to an insurance company

after an accident or other boat related incident only to have the insurance

company inform the boater that the incident is not covered by their policy.

Because of this, many boaters feel they they have no claim for the damage

and simply let it go.

Hiring a lawyer is very expensive and in many cases lawyers are not familiar with

boats and the marine environment. Many lawyers hire people like me to research

the situation and help them resolve a claim. So, the boater who wants to pursue

the claim and hire a lawyer before checking with me may pay double or

more to resolve his claim.

In most cases I can handle the claim without any outside assistance.

My fee structure for this type of work allows you to resolve your claim with

minimum expense, and the court system is out of the picture.
